  • Airplanes that are not on predetermined, set schedules (like the airlines) are often repositioned for charter flights. This can happen when a charter aircraft is not available in the departure city. It can also occur when an aircraft has performed a one-way flight—transporting vital medical supplies or going to a specialized maintenance facility. Frequently, jets return to a home base empty if the person who chartered will be staying a long time at their destination or the arrival airport does not have enough ramp or hangar space for the aircraft to remain overnight. These repositioning flights, often called empty legs, are where we come in with a win-win. The operator makes additional revenue, and JetMe members take advantage of pre-negotiated discounted private flights.

  • Nope, Nada, Nothing... What makes us different at JetMe is we negotiate a flat rate. The price you see is what you pay. However, if you make special requests, like catering – that would be extra.

  • You’ll need the JetMe app for iOS and an active account with basic info for each of your passengers.

  • Private flights leave from a Fixed Based Operation (FBO), so security is a little different. The operator uses passenger information you provide for TSA clearance ahead of your flight—subjecting you to minimal security before you board. Make sure to let us know before you fly if your passenger list is changing.

  • In the event a flight cancels, you will be refunded the full amount within 72 hours of that cancellation. We will also look into rebooking you on another empty leg if that’s an option.

  • It’s truly random! We’re currently adding new jet partners, and as we expand, the number of cities served will increase. We currently serve the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Global expansion coming soon.

  • Our private jets are supplied through carefully selected jet partners who meet our high standards for customer service, safety, and reliability.

  • Make sure to check when you are booking. Planes also have limitations of the amount of weight they can carry. Be sure to add accurate information on luggage and passengers so the pilots can ensure safe transport of everything (and everyone) you want to take!

  • No, we’ve found a unique way to bring these flights to you at a flat rate. These aircraft are privately owned and operated by some of the best charter management companies in the world—our partners in bringing you access to incredible deals.

  • We have a very strict, one-strike and you’re out policy. We take full responsibility for those we put on our jet partners’ aircraft. We ask you to respect the crew and aircraft as if it were yours.
